Services Materials definition

Services Materials means (a) the processes, know-how, proprietary information and methodologies, document templates, and project tools including, but not limited to, best practice guides and reference architecture materials; and (b) utilities, connectors, scripts, tools, implementation code related to Hortonworks Products, and other software (and any updates thereto) that, in each case, are used by Hortonworks to deliver the Services or Support to Customer.

Services Materials means any and all materials provided to Customer in the course of the Professional Services.

Services Materials means material and equipment brought onto Site by Flender for use in performing the work under this Agreement and includes, without limitation service manuals, schematics, diagnostics software, tools and parts;

Services Materials means any software or documentation, including any user guides for the Tax and Accountancy, authentication codes, user names, passwords, PINs, and any other materials supplied by Smarta in connection with the Services;
