Services Outage definition

Services Outage means a failure or disruption in the Services.
Services Outage means a period of time in which the ND Network is generally inaccessible to customers due to failures of the ND Network. Network Maintenance, Force Majeure Events, and failure of Customer Systems, including connectivity between Customer Systems and the Internet, are not Service Outages.
Services Outage means an instance in which a Service covered by the 100% uptime guarantee is completely unavailable for more than 15 consecutive minutes.
