  • The Class Administrator will certify that any Settlement Class Member Information in the Class Administrator’s possession has been destroyed within ten (10) business days after the Final Distribution Date.

  • The Settlement Class Member Information and its contents shall be used by the Settlement Administrator solely for the purpose of performing its obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and shall not be used for any other purpose at any time.

  • Except to administer the settlement as provided in this Settlement Agreement the Settlement Administrator shall not reproduce, copy, store, or distribute in any form, electronic or otherwise, the Settlement Class Member Information.

  • Defendants do not have any obligation to provide Settlement Class Member Information to Plaintiff or any of his attorneys, and neither the Preliminary Approval Order nor Final Approval Order shall provide otherwise.

  • The Settlement Class Member Information and its contents shall be used by the Claims Administrator solely for the purpose of performing its obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and shall not be used for any other purpose at any time.

  • XXXXXX shall be obligated to provide Settlement Class Member Information to the Class Administrator pursuant to this Settlement Agreement if and only if the Court, as part of the Preliminary Approval Order: (1) orders SANDAG to provide the Settlement Class Member Information to the Class Administrator; (2) finds that the provision of Settlement Class Member Information to the Class Administrator pursuant to this Section 7.01 does not violate Cal.

  • Settlement Class Member means each person and entity who or which is a member of the Settlement Class.

  • Settlement Classes means the Ontario Settlement Class and the Quebec Settlement Class.

  • Authorized Claimant means a Settlement Class Member who submits a Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator that is approved by the Court for payment from the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and any and all of her respective current and former employers, parent entities, controlling persons, owners, members, principals, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and each and all of their respective past or present officers, directors, managers, partners, stockholders, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, agents, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and reinsurers.

  • Settlement Claim means a claim for settlement benefits made under the terms of this Settlement Agreement.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of data or any form that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic data or content data, by which can be established-

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Class Member Address Search means the Administrator’s investigation and search for current Class Member mailing addresses using all reasonably available sources, methods and means including, but not limited to, the National Change of Address database, skip traces, and direct contact by the Administrator with Class Members.

  • Informed decision means a decision by a qualified patient to request and obtain a prescription for medication that the qualified patient may self-administer to end the qualified patient's life in a humane and dignified manner that is based on an appreciation of the relevant facts and that is made after being fully informed by the attending physician of:

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Confidential personal information means any and all information or data protected by Privacy Laws, including (without limitation) information or data that: (a) is personal information or information about an identifiable individual (as more particularly defined in the applicable Privacy Laws) that was collected, used, disclosed or accessible to such party; or (b) is information from which an individual or individual’s identity can be ascertained either from the information itself or by combining the information with information from other sources available to the parties.

  • Settlement Funds means moneys allocated to this state from the environmental mitigation trust specified in par. (d) and received by the state from the trustee.

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.
