RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. Article 1. In the exercise of their inherent rights, the Parties shall adhere to and be bound by the principles and standards embodied in international instruments on human rights. Article 2. This Agreement seeks to confront, remedy and prevent the most serious human rights violations in terms of civil and political rights, as well as to uphold, protect and promote the full scope of human rights and fundamental freedoms, including: 1. The right to self-determination of the Filipino nation by virtue of which the people should fully and freely determine their political status, pursue their economic, social and cultural development, and dispose of their natural wealth and resources for their own welfare and benefit towards genuine national independence, democracy, social justice and development. 2. The inherent and inalienable right of the people to establish a just, democratic and peaceful society, to adopt effective safeguards against, and to oppose oppression and tyranny similar to that of the past dictatorial regime. 3. The right of the victims and their families to seek justice for violations of human rights, including adequate compensation or indemnification, restitution and rehabilitation, and effective sanctions and guarantees against repetition and impunity. 4. The right to life, especially against summary executions (salvagings), involuntary disappearances, massacres and indiscriminate bombardments of communities, and the right not to be subjected to campaigns of incitement to violence against one’s person. 5. The right to liberty, particularly against unwarranted and unjustified arrest and detention and to effectively avail of the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus. 6. The individual and collective right of the people and of communities to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, and to effective safeguards of these rights against any illegal operations by GRP - agencies. 7. The right not to be subjected to physical or mental torture, solitary confinement, rape and sexual abuse, and other inhuman, cruel or degrading treatment, detention and punishment. 8. The right not to be held in involuntary servitude or to perform forced or compulsory labor. 9. The right to substantive and procedural due process, to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, and against self-incrimination. 10. RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. Supplier represents, warrants and agrees that it does not and shall not engage in any form of child labor, human trafficking, slavery or forced or compulsory labor. Supplier shall maintain all necessary documentation to demonstrate its compliance with the foregoing requirements and agrees that Buyer may audit the operations of Supplier to ensure such compliance at any time upon reasonable notice to Supplier. Upon request of Buyer, Supplier shall certify that all Materials supplied to Buyer comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which Buyer does business. RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS a. The Principal Recipient acknowledges that all Programs financed by the Global Fund are expected to: (i) grant non-discriminatory access to services for all, including people in detention; practices; degrading; (ii) employ only scientifically sound and approved medicines or medical (iii) not employ methods that constitute torture or that are cruel, inhuman or (iv) respect and protect informed consent, confidentiality and the right to privacy concerning medical testing, treatment or health services rendered; and (v) avoid medical detention and involuntary isolation, which, consistent with the relevant guidance published by the World Health Organization, are to be used only as a last resort. b. The Principal Recipient shall ensure that the standards listed above are duly reflected in the Principal Recipient’s agreement with, or communicated in writing to, each of its Sub-recipients and Suppliers. c. In implementing each Program, the Principal Recipient shall take all necessary actions to ensure that it, in a timely manner, discloses to the Global Fund any actual or potential non-compliance of the standards listed in paragraph (a) of this Article. If so requested by the Global Fund, the Principal Recipient shall cooperate with the Global Fund and any of its agents or representatives to ascertain the facts of any non-compliance so disclosed. d. In the event that the Global Fund, based on information received or otherwise available, determines in its sole discretion that a Program has substantially failed to comply with the standards listed in paragraph (a) of this Article , it may require the Principal Recipient to establish a work plan to be approved by the Global Fund to address such non- compliance.

They confirm their support for the United Nations Guiding Principles pertaining to companies and human rights, in accordance with the reference framework “Protect, Respect, Remedy”. BNP Paribas undertakes to promote respect for human rights within the sphere of influence, i.e. among employees, suppliers, customers and the communities within which it exercises its activities. In particular, the Group does not wish to participate in any violation whatsoever concern- ing human rights through its investment and financing activities. RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. Pernod Ricard’s social policy ties in with the universal framework of international commitments aimed at respecting the dignity of human beings as well as fundamental social rights. Pernod Xxxxxx is committed to complying with the United Nations Global Compact, which it entered in 2003. This commitment involves complying with 10 principles on Human Rights, working conditions, the environment and anti-corruption measures. In order to ensure compliance with these 10 principles, the Group has appointed a « CSR leader » in each of its entities and it has committed to holding an annual meeting with the CSR leaders to examine practices pertaining to Human Rights and to other priority issues set out in the groupwide CSR platform that was established in 2010. All subsidiary managers ensure the global enforcement of the principles of the Global Compact. The Group performs internal audits and has regular dialogue with the employees and their representatives in order to ascertain that the principles are known and observed.

RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. The Seller declares that it has familiarised itself with and undertakes to comply with the commitments set out in the “Xxxxxxx Group Charter of Human Rights”, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx. com/sites/default/files/Documents_PDF_Legrand/RSE/2018/ HumanRightsCharter_2018.pdf and, specifically, to: (a) Effectively abolish child labour; (b) Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labour; (c) Protect the health and safety of its employees; (d) Guarantee decent working conditions for its employees; (e) Uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; (f) Eliminate discrimination in respect of employment and occupation; and (g) Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights within its sphere of influence. The Seller also undertakes to comply with all the regulations governing its activities in the countries in which it operates, directly or indirectly – should it outsource its activities – and, specifically, all the regulations relating to employment and working conditions for workers, including those applying specifically to foreign workers.
