Shift Work Rosters definition

Shift Work Rosters means two or more employees working over a span of hours any of which falls outside the hours of 6.00 am to 7.00 pm. Any employee who works on a shift work roster shall be entitled to additional leave per annum in accordance with the tables below.

(b) Eligibility for this leave shall be determined by either qualification under (a) or (b) below: I. A qualifying shift shall be any shift which has any hours which fall outside of 6 am to 7 pm. II.
