Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

Accidental death and dismemberment insurance or "AD&D" means basic accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance paid for by the employing agency, as well as supplemental accidental death and dismemberment insurance offered to and paid for by employees for them- selves and their dependents.
Permanent Disability means the Executive’s inability to perform the essential functions of the Executive’s position, with or without reasonable accommodation, for a period of at least 120 consecutive days because of a physical or mental impairment.

Health insurance carrier or "carrier" means any entity subject to the insurance

Qualified disability expenses means that term as defined in section 529A of the internal revenue code.
