Short Term Incentive Plans definition

Short Term Incentive Plans means collectively, the LBP, the QPB and any other short term incentive compensation plan of State Auto.
Short Term Incentive Plans means OTIP and any other short term incentive compensation plan of State Auto.
Short Term Incentive Plans are any bonus or incentive compensation plans, policies, programs or other arrangements that make cash awards to the Executive on the basis of award periods that are no longer than one year.

  • Short-Term Payout means the payout set forth in Section 4.1.
