Shutdown Date definition

Shutdown Date means the exact date for termination of the medium-power service as indicated by Buyer in accordance with Section 9.14.
Shutdown Date means the first day on which the Existing VCM Plant is shut down to begin retrofitting of existing equipment, to complete the necessary tie-in of new equipment as identified in the VCM expansion design scope, and to complete normal pre-operational work prior to the Start-Up Date.
Shutdown Date is defined in Section 6.1(g)(i).

  • In the event that the Resource is Shut­down, Owner shall only remain entitled to receive the Supplemental Capacity Payment based on the AFRR through the Shut-down Date; provided that with respect to a Shut-down applying only to a unit, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with respect to the remaining unit(s).

More Definitions of Shutdown Date

Shutdown Date means the first day of the ninety (90) day period giving rise to a determination that a Shutdown has occurred.
Shutdown Date is defined in Section 6.1(g)(i). “Spectrum Lease” has the meaning set forth in the License Purchase Agreement. “Taxes” means any and all property (real, personal or intangible), sales, use, or license taxes (including any fee, assessment or other charge in the nature of or in lieu of any tax), imposed by the United States or any state, local or foreign government or subdivision or agency thereof on the Assets, and any interest, penalties, additions to tax or additional amounts in respect of the foregoing (whether disputed or not). “Tower Structures” means the communications tower structures at the Co-location Sites. “Transaction Documents” means this Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments required to be executed and/or delivered by the parties or any one or more of them in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Shutdown Date. The date on which any ANPP Unit is taken out of service and retired from use as a source of electric generation as determined by the Operating Agent, customarily expected to be approximately forty (40) years after such Unit is placed in commercial operation.

Related to Shutdown Date

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Health professional shortage area means that term as defined in section 332(a)(1) of subpart II of part C of title III of the public health service act, chapter 373, 90 Stat. 2270, 42 U.S.C. 254e.

  • CONTRACT END DATE Contract performance shall terminate as of December 31, 2027, with no new obligations being incurred after this date unless the Contract is properly amended, provided that the terms of this Contract and performance expectations and obligations shall survive its termination for the purpose of resolving any claim or dispute, for completing any negotiated terms and warranties, to allow any close out or transition performance, reporting, invoicing or final payments, or during any lapse between amendments. The Contractor certifies that they have accessed and reviewed all documents incorporated by reference as electronically published and the Contractor makes all certifications required under the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications under the pains and penalties of perjury, and further agrees to provide any required documentation upon request to support compliance, and agrees that all terms governing performance of this Contract and doing business in Massachusetts are attached or incorporated by reference herein according to the following hierarchy of document precedence, the applicable Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, this Standard Contract Form, the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications, the Request for Response (RFR) or other solicitation, the Contractor’s Response (excluding any language stricken by a Department as unacceptable, and additional negotiated terms, provided that additional negotiated terms will take precedence over the relevant terms in the RFR and the Contractor’s Response only if made using the process outlined in 801 CMR 21.07, incorporated herein, provided that any amended RFR or Response terms result in best value, lower costs, or a more cost effective Contract.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Anticipated Closing Date means the anticipated closing date of any proposed Qualified Sale Transaction, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors on the Applicable Date.

  • Excused Outage means any disruption to or unavailability of Services caused by or due to (i) Scheduled Maintenance,

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Commercial Agreement or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Commercial Agreement.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Plant Test Date or "PTD" means the date acceptance testing is performed with CLEC. "Point of Interface", "Point of Interconnection," or "POI" is a demarcation between the networks of two (2) LECs (including a LEC and CLEC). The POI is that point where the exchange of traffic takes place.

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period that the LSP is unavailable due to:

  • Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
