Social Rented Unit definition

Social Rented Unit means a unit of Affordable Housing which is owned by local authorities or private registered providers (as defined in section 80 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008), for which guideline target rents are determined through the national rent regime (such unit may also be owned by other persons and provided under equivalent rental arrangements to the above, as agreed with the Council) and in all cases in accordance with the definition of social rented housing contained in Annex 2 to the NPPF or any subsequent replacement or modification thereof;

  • Annual Rent means the amount payable by Tenant to Landlord in respect of each year of the Term under Article 4.01.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Residential Rental Unit means an area legally licensed or permitted for use as a living space containing a sleeping area, bathing and sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and sink, all of which are separate and distinct from other Residential Rental Units. Reg. §§ 1.103-8(a) 8(i).

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Thirty-Three Million, Six Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixteen and 55/100 Dollars ($33,679,716.55) per annum.

  • Lessee's Share is defined, for purposes of this Lease, as the percentage set forth in paragraph 1.10 of the Basic Lease Provisions, which percentage has been determined by dividing the approximate square footage of the Premises by the total approximate square footage of the rentable space contained in the Office Building Project. It is understood and agreed that the square footage figures set forth in the Basic Lease Provisions are approximations which Lessor and Lessee agree are reasonable and shall not be subject to revision except in connection with an actual change in the size of the Premises or a change in the space available for lease in the Office Building Project.

  • Renewal Rent for the Aircraft means the rent payable therefor in respect of a Renewal Lease Term determined pursuant to Section 17.2.2 of the Lease.

  • Comparison Year is defined as each calendar year during the term of this Lease subsequent to the Base Year; provided, however, Lessee shall have no obligation to pay a share of the Operating Expense Increase applicable to the first twelve (12) months of the Lease Term (other than such as are mandated by a governmental authority, as to which government mandated expenses Lessee shall pay Lessee's Share, notwithstanding they occur during the first twelve (12) months). Lessee's Share of the Operating Expense Increase for the first and last Comparison Years of the Lease Term shall be prorated according to that portion of such Comparison Year as to which Lessee is responsible for a share of such increase.

  • Tenant’s Share means the percentage set forth in Section 6 of the Summary.

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Net Rent means all rental Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, less any indebtedness from Tenant to Landlord other than Rent (which indebtedness is paid first to Landlord) and less the Re-entry Costs (which costs are paid second to Landlord).

  • Social Distancing means individuals keeping at least six (6) feet of distance from other individual who are not members of their household.
