The Trustee shall have the right to change the way the monthly statements to Certificateholders are distributed in order to make such distribution more convenient and/or more accessible to the above parties and the Trustee shall provide timely and adequate notification to all above parties regarding any such changes. Within a reasonable period of time after the end of each calendar year, the Trustee shall furnish to each Person who at any time during the calendar year was the Holder of a Certificate, if requested in writing by such Person, a statement containing the information set forth in clauses (i), (ii) and (vii) of Section 5.04(a), in each case aggregated for such calendar year or applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Certificateholder. Such obligation of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Code as from time to time in force. The Trustee shall deliver to the Holders of Certificates any reports or information the Trustee is required by this Agreement or the Code, Treasury Regulations or REMIC Provisions to deliver to the Holders of Certificates, and the Trustee shall prepare and provide to the Certificateholders (by mail, telephone, or publication as may be permitted by applicable Treasury Regulations) such other reasonable information as the Trustee deems necessary or appropriate or is required by the Code, Treasury Regulations, and the REMIC Provisions including, but not limited to, (i) information to be reported to the Holders of the Residual Certificates for quarterly notices on Schedule Q (Form 1066) (which information shall be forwarded to the Holders of the Residual Certificates by the Trustee), (ii) information to be provided to the Holders of Certificates with respect to amounts which should be included as interest and original issue discount in such Holders' gross income and (iii) information to be provided to all Holders of Certificates setting forth the percentage of each REMIC's assets, determined in accordance with Treasury Regulations using a convention, not inconsistent with Treasury Regulations, selected by the Trustee in its absolute discretion, that constitute real estate assets under Section 856 of the Code, and assets described in Section 7701(a)(19)(C) of the Code; provided, however, that in setting forth the percentage of such assets of each REMIC, nothing contained in this Agreement, including without limitation Section 7.03 hereof, shall be interpreted to require the Trustee periodically to appraise the fair market values of the assets of the Trust Estate or to indemnify the Trust Estate or any Certificateholders from any adverse federal, state or local tax consequences associated with a change subsequently required to be made in the Depositor's initial good faith determinations of such fair market values (if subsequent determinations are required pursuant to the REMIC Provisions) made from time to time.

Assistance animals perform many disability-related functions, including guiding individuals who are blind or have low vision, alerting individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to sounds, providing protection or rescue assistance, pulling a wheelchair, fetching items, alerting persons to impending seizures, or providing emotional support to persons with disabilities who have a disability-related need for such support. An assistance animal is not required to be individually trained or certified. While dogs are the most common type of assistance animal, other animals can also be assistance animals. An assistance animal is not a pet.
