Work Attire. Male employees are required to be dressed in white shirts and black business pants and female employees are required to dress in conformity. Attire is subject to change as management deems fit for representation of the Company.

Work Attire. The City will not require uniforms during the term of this Agreement. However, employees will wear clothing appropriate to their work. This shall include clothing that meets safety and reasonable appearance standards of the City. Note: Examples of inappropriate attire include cutoffs, tennis shoes, sandals, indiscreet lettering on shirts/jackets, tank tops, ragged clothes, etc. Rain gear shall be made available from a central pool per employee’s request.

Work Attire. Eight (8) hour/day, forty (40) hour/week twelve (12) month employees shall be paid $250.00 annually through payroll on the second pay of July to offset the cost of purchasing appropriate work attire that meets the established dress code.
Work Attire. (A) The Company and the Union agree that the appearance of Company employees is important to a positive perception of the Company. For regular employees in the Energy Control Center, the Distribution Dispatch Center, the Control Rooms in Fossil power plants, and employees working in the Service Dispatcher offices, a sleeved and collared shirt, appropriate pants (which can include denims but not shorts or sweat pants) and close-toed shoes must be worn. Such clothing is to be clean and in good repair. Any printing or logos must be business-appropriate. At the option of employees in the above work areas/classifications, the Company will pay for seven (7) Company-logo- ed collared shirts (long or short sleeved). These shirts will be replaced at the Company’s expense as needed upon approval by supervision. Such shirts will be purchased through various Company-approved catalogs or web sites.
Work Attire. Employees shall wear clothing and apparel suitable for weather and work conditions, and that prevent exposure to known or expected hazards. Standard work attire will include full length pants and shirts with full length sleeves to the extent required by OSHA or Agency [HQ] standards. Standard work attire, including undergarments, shall be made from non-melting or untreated natural fiber.
Work Attire. 22.01 The Company will provide a voucher equal to $125.00 annually ($150.00 as of January 1, 2019, on or around April 1st) to Grandfathered and Regular Seniority employees and a voucher equal to $80 to Standard employees provided they have completed 1 year of service for CSA approved safety shoes which employees shall wear while at work.

The work attire for Employees shall be solid blue, orange or blaze green cotton work shirt and pants and composite toe leather work boots or otherwise subject to the Superintendent’s prior approval. Employees shall be obligated to purchase sufficient work attire to enable them to report for work each day dressed for work in the approved attire. Employees shall not wear shirts with logos, pictures or wording other than "Village of Carpentersville," "Department of Public Works" or the appropriate Division name. Pants shall not have rips, tears or holes. Wearing shorts is generally prohibited. Denim shorts will only be allowed to be worn while working at community events, subject to the discretion of management, and employees must have appropriate work pants available to change into at the event or at the Public Works facility, should the employee be called to another assignment.
Work Attire. The Employer will provide physical plant employees with a set of uniform work shirts and other attire appropriate for the work assigned, and will replace worn shirts as necessary. Employees are responsible for laundering and maintaining clothing. Physical plant Employees will receive a footwear allowance $100 per year, payable on the first payday of the fiscal year, to be used to purchase suitable footwear for their work.
