Software Term definition

Software Term means the initial term and any subsequent renewal term(s) for the Software, as set forth in the applicable Transaction Document.
Software Term or “Software Solution Term” means the time starting from the Software Start Date through the end date of MPS as set forth in Appendix A.
Software Term means the initial term and any subsequent renewal term(s) for the Software, as set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Examples of Software Term in a sentence

  • Appgate may deploy the Software and/or Hosted Services with license key or other technology that prohibits use of the Software or Hosted Services, as applicable, beyond the applicable Software Term, license parameters, Hosted Service Term or grant of right to access and use.

  • Subject to Section 16.j, Appgate warrants to Customer that Software will function materially in accordance with the Documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from commencement of the Software Term with respect thereto (the “Warranty Period”).

  • AppGate warrants to Customer that Software will function materially in accordance with the Documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from commencement of the Software Term with respect thereto (the “Warranty Period”).

  • With respect to Software licensed (whether or not such Software is to be provided as a Hosted Service) by Customer, AppGate grants Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use such Software during the Software Term with respect thereto, solely for use by Authorized Users in accordance with the Permitted Use.


More Definitions of Software Term

Software Term means the period in which Customer is authorized to utilize the Software. Each Software Term shall be listed on the applicable Order Form and shall commence on the date of delivery of the Software, or on the first date the Proof of Value (PoV) begins.
Software Term means the Initial Term together with all Renewal Terms, if any, as provided in Section 3(a).
Software Term means the software known as VMem version 2.x as made available to Licensee via download from the PureDev Website; means the duration of this Agreement described in clause 11.1; Territory means worldwide; Update means an update to the Software intended to remedy faults, bugs and errors or make minor improvements to the current version.
Software Term means the term of the Software T&Cs, as provided therein. “Supplier” means the direct supplier of Hardware to Ford Pro.‌
Software Term means the period (if any) identified in Exhibit 1 as the “Software Term” that is applicable to any particular Software. Additionally, each of the terms defined in the introductory paragraph or elsewhere of this Amendment have the meaning so ascribed to those terms.

Software Term means the term of authorized use of the Software and any Professional Service as set forth in an Order Form.
