Solar Field definition

Solar Field means a single facility that generates electricity by means of a solar photovoltaic device that is directly connected to an electric distribution utility's distribution grid and is not a community solar facility, regardless of the operational capacity that the facility is designed for or capable of.
Solar Field means that portion of a Project Opportunity involving procurement and/or fabrication of the heliostats, all mounting and tracking systems for the heliostats, the electrical system and the control software.
Solar Field means the field of nanotechnology using CNT Products for application as transparent electrodes in thin film solar cells.

Solar Field means all Equipment relating to solar field as described in Exhibit A including, the heliostats and related equipment, and the communication and power distributions units (CPDUs), but for clarity excluding the solar receiver steam generator (SRSG), solar field integrated control system (SFINCS), cameras, weather station, assembly and installation tooling, commissioning tools and tower. Vendor is defined in the Recitals. Vendor Grant Notice is defined in Section 11.1.7. Vendor Indemnified Parties is defined in Section 15.4 Vendor IP is defined in Section 5.1.1. Vendor’s Representative is defined in Section 17.2. Vendor Responsible Party(ies) is defined in Section 9.1. Work Product means all information, materials, equipment and all other calculations, data, notes and other documents, including, without limitation, drawings, specifications and all electronic data furnished by Vendor to Bechtel pursuant to the Scope of Work. Work Product furnished to Bechtel does not include the tools, software applications, data base or other systems owned or utilized by Vendor to develop or modify Vendor IP and the Work Product.
