Examples of Space Fee in a sentence

  • Any remaining unearned Exhibit Space Fee will be refunded to Exhibitor.

  • As of the Effective Date Exhibitor agrees to (i) use the Exhibit Space assigned by Show Management in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the Show Rules and Regulations; and (ii) pay the required Exhibit Space Fee by the deadline dates established herein.

  • If Exhibitor’s Application and Contract for Exhibit Space is rejected or canceled by WVC prior to the Conference, the Exhibit Space Fee deposit paid by Exhibitor will be refunded, unless the rejection or cancellation is due to Exhibitor’s breach of this Agreement or as otherwise stated herein.

  • The execution of the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space, the timely payment of the Exhibit Space Fee, or WVC’s deposit of Exhibitor’s Exhibit Space Fee deposit payments does not guarantee that Exhibitor will be (i) permitted to exhibit at the Conference; (ii) assigned to a particular exhibit hall, section or location within the Convention Center; or (iii) provided with the actual amount of Exhibit Space requested.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY 120-91 Days– Full Refund 90-61 Days– 50% of Booth Space fee Refunded 60-31 Days– 25% of Booth Space Fee Refunded 30-0 Days– NO REFUND A $42.00 fee will apply to all returned checks SET-UP/ TEARDOWN POLICY Each confirmed exhibitor will receive a confirmation of check-in/set-up times.

  • As of the Effective Date Exhibitor agrees to (i) use the Exhibit Space assigned by WVC in accordance with the Conference Rules and Regulations, and (ii) pay the required Exhibit Space Fee by the deadline dates established herein.

  • No Exhibitor shall be permitted to exhibit or participate in the Show or gain access to the Exhibition Facilities unless and until Exhibitor has paid the full Exhibit Space Fee, and provided the required Certificates of Insurance by their deadline dates.

  • WVC will refund the remaining portion of the Exhibit Space Fee paid, minus a share of costs, expenses and commitments required to recompense WVC up to the time of termination, in full satisfaction of all liabilities of WVC to Exhibitor, and Exhibitor agrees to waive all claims it might have against WVC for any damages or expenses, and discharge all claims against WVC in exchange for such refund.

  • Exhibitor will not be entitled to any refund of the Total Space Fee in the event of any such termination.

  • In the event of termination, Organizer is entitled to enter into an exhibit space agreement for the Space with another party with no liability to account to Exhibitor and without relieving Exhibitor from payment of the Total Space Fee or any part thereof.

Related to Space Fee

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Licence Fee : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Acceptance Fee means a fee payable in Canadian Dollars by the Canadian Borrower to the Administrative Agent for the account of a Canadian Lender with respect to the acceptance of a B/A or the making of a B/A Equivalent Loan on the date of such acceptance or loan, calculated on the face amount of the B/A or the B/A Equivalent Loan at the rate per annum applicable on such date as set forth in the row labeled “Fixed Rate Spread” in the definition of the term “Applicable Percentage” on the basis of the number of days in the applicable Contract Period (including the date of acceptance and excluding the date of maturity) and a year of 365 days (it being agreed that the rate per annum applicable to any B/A Equivalent Loan is equivalent to the rate per annum otherwise applicable to the Bankers’ Acceptance which has been replaced by the making of such B/A Equivalent Loan pursuant to Section 2.24).

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.
