Space Fee definition

Space Fee is defined in Article 12.2.3;
Space Fee determined for each Hour as the total of: a. the amount payable for Space determined in accordance with the Customer’s Primary Capacity Agreement (if any); plus b. for each Secondary Capacity Agreement: (i) where the Customer acquires Space, the amount determined in accordance with the relevant Secondary Capacity Agreement; less (ii) where the Customer disposes of Space, the amount determined in accordance with the relevant Secondary Capacity Agreement.

Examples of Space Fee in a sentence

  • If Exhibitor’s Application and Contract for Exhibit Space is rejected or canceled by WVC prior to the Conference, the Exhibit Space Fee deposit paid by Exhibitor will be refunded, unless the rejection or cancellation is due to Exhibitor’s breach of this Agreement or as otherwise stated herein.

  • A discussion of the couple’s respect for each other as well as for each other’s faith tradition is crucial.

  • There will be an additional sharer’s fee, per Exhibitor, included in the Exhibit Space Fee.

Related to Space Fee

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Licence Fee means the licence fee specified in Item 7 of Schedule 1.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Work-out Fee means a fee payable with respect to any Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note, equal to the product of (x) 1.0% and (y) the amount of each collection of interest (other than default interest and any Excess Interest) and principal received (including any Condemnation Proceeds received and applied as a collection of such interest and principal) on such Mortgage Loan, Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note for so long as it remains a Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan.

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a,

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Acceptance Fee means a fee payable in Canadian Dollars by the Canadian Borrower to the Administrative Agent for the account of a Canadian Lender with respect to the acceptance of a B/A or the making of a B/A Equivalent Loan on the date of such acceptance or loan, calculated on the face amount of the B/A or the B/A Equivalent Loan at the rate per annum applicable on such date as set forth in the row labeled “Fixed Rate Spread” in the definition of the term “Applicable Percentage” on the basis of the number of days in the applicable Contract Period (including the date of acceptance and excluding the date of maturity) and a year of 365 days (it being agreed that the rate per annum applicable to any B/A Equivalent Loan is equivalent to the rate per annum otherwise applicable to the Bankers’ Acceptance which has been replaced by the making of such B/A Equivalent Loan pursuant to Section 2.24).

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Modification Fee means a fee, if any, collected from a Mortgagor by the Master Servicer in connection with a modification of any Mortgage Loan (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note other than a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or collected in connection with a modification by the Special Servicer of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.
