Special Facilities Bonds definition

Special Facilities Bonds means those obligations issued in accordance with Section 6.02 hereof.
Special Facilities Bonds means special revenue obligations of the Authority which are payable from and secured by other liens on and pledges of any revenues, sources or payments, not pledged to the payment of obligations of the Authority secured in whole or in part by a lien on and pledge of Net Operating Revenues of the Transit Authority System including, but not limited to, special contract revenues or payments received from any other legal entity in connection with such facilities.
Special Facilities Bonds means revenue obligations of the Issuer which are not issued as Additional Bonds, and which are payable from any source, contract, or revenues whatsoever other than the Pledged Revenues, and which Special Facilities Bonds may be issued for any lawful purpose and made payable from any source, contract, or revenues whatsoever other than the Pledged Revenues.

Special Facilities Bonds which are hereby defined as being special revenue obligations of Austin which are not entitled to be paid from or secured by any liens on or pledges of any Revenues of the Austin Utilities Systems.
