  • LLC may not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay its approval, provided that LLC shall be permitted to withhold its approval from any such Special Promotion that is inconsistent with any exclusive obligation of LLC then in force, or otherwise interferes with the current or proposed business activities of LLC as reasonably determined by LLC.
