NSI and Spinco shall agree on methods and procedures, including amending the respective Plan documents, to prevent Transferred Individuals from receiving duplicative benefits from the NSI Plans and the Spinco Plans.
To the extent permitted by applicable Law and except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to Spinco Participants under MSG Networks Plans shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding Spinco Plans until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply to, the relevant Spinco Participant.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION/RIGHT TO REIMBURSEMENT All beneficiary designations, authorizations for the release of information and rights to reimbursement made by or relating to Transferred Individuals under NSI Plans shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding Spinco Plans until such beneficiary designations, authorizations or rights are replaced or revoked by, or no longer apply, to the relevant Transferred Individual.
Except as required by applicable law, for the purpose of satisfying any obligation under this Agreement or with the consent of the other party, neither NSI nor Spinco shall disclose to any Person (other than members of the NSI Group or the Spinco Group) any information (including, but not limited to, information regarding fees, expenses, assets, Liabilities and Plan terms) relating to the NSI Plans, Spinco Plans or Transferred Individuals.
The Spinco Plans shall be, with respect to Transferred Individuals, in all respects the successors in interest to, shall recognize all rights and entitlements as of the Close of the Distribution Date under, and shall not provide benefits that duplicate benefits provided by, the corresponding NSI Plans for such Transferred Individuals.
Pluto and Spinco shall agree on methods and procedures, including amending the respective Plan documents, to prevent Spinco Employees and Former Spinco Employees from receiving duplicate benefits from the Pluto Plans and Spinco Plans.
