Sponsored Plan means any:
Sponsored Plan means a plan of reorganization supported by Big Wave.
Sponsored Plan means any proposed plan of reorganization involving the Company and the other Debtors sponsored by a Bidder whereby the Bidder invests in the reorganized Debtors in exchange for some or all of the debt and/or equity of the reorganized Debtors.

Sponsored Plan means:
Sponsored Plan means: (1) any Employee Benefit Plan, Pension Benefit Plan or Welfare Benefit Plan, as each are defined in ERISA, which is operated solely by the Organization or jointly by the Organization and a labor organization solely for the benefit of the Employees or Executives of the Organization and which existed on or before the Inception Date of this Policy stated in ITEM 2(a) of the Declarations or which is created or acquired after such Inception Date; provided (a) any coverage with respect to any such Plan created or acquired during the Policy Period shall apply only for Wrongful Acts committed or allegedly committed after the effective date of such creation or acquisition and shall be subject to Section IX of the General Terms and Conditions Section, and (b) any coverage with respect to an employee stock ownership plan created or acquired during the Policy Period shall be further subject to Section XI of this Coverage Section; (2) any other employee benefit plan or program not subject to ERISA which is sponsored solely by the Organization for the benefit of its Employees or Executives, including any fringe benefit, deferred compensation, supplemental executive retirement plan, top-hat plan or excess benefit plan; (3) any other plan or program otherwise described in paragraphs (1) or (2) above while such plan or program is being actively developed, formed or proposed by the Organization prior to the formal creation of such plan or program; provided, that no coverage is afforded under this Coverage Section for any Claim against an Insured in a settlor or similar uninsured capacity with respect to any plan or program; and (4) any other plan, fund or program specifically added as a Sponsored Plan by written endorsement to this Coverage Section. Sponsored Plan does not include: any employee stock ownership plan created or acquired by the Organization during the Policy Period, except as otherwise provided in Section XI of this Coverage Section; or any multi-employer plan created before or during the Policy Period unless specifically added as a Sponsored Plan by written endorsement to this Coverage Section.
Sponsored Plan means: a. any qualified or non-qualified plan, trust, fund or program, including but not limited to: pension, welfare, health savings account, IRA-based, stock option, stock purchase, deferred compensation, supplemental executive retirement, top-hat, excess benefit, cafeteria, and fringe benefit plans; employee assistance, dependent care assistance, and wellness programs; and VEBA’s (Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended); established anywhere in the world and sponsored solely by an Organization, or operated jointly by an Organization and a labor organization, in each case solely for the benefit of any past or present employees or directors of the Organization; b. automatically, any new employee benefit plan created during the Policy Period; and c. any employee benefit plan otherwise described in subsection a. above while such plan is being considered, developed, formed or proposed by any Organization prior to the formal creation of such plan or program. Sponsored Plan shall not include any Multiemployer Plan.
Sponsored Plan means: Any Employee Benefit Plan or employee pension benefit plan solely sponsored by any Memberthat is not subject to the terms of ERISA.

Sponsored Plan shall not include any multi-employer plan or employee stock ownership plan, unless such plan is specifically included as a Sponsored Plan in a written endorsement issued by the Insurer.
