Standalone License does not give any right to, and the Licensee may not make the Software available for simultaneous use by multiple users over a network, install the Software on a server and allow users to access it remotely, or install the Software in virtual machine.
Under a Stand-alone License the Licensed Programs may be installed on one (1) single computer per permitted user.

If a specific type of License is not identified in the Proposal, Customer purchased a Standalone License.

Each Standalone License may only be used by one Authorized User at a time.
If Licensee acquires a Standalone License (also known as a Node-locked License), installation and use will be limited to a single copy of the Licensed Materials on one designated Licensee Computer.
The number of copies and scope of license (Site License; Standalone License, etc.) and type of license (Educational Use; or Research Use; or Commercial Use) are listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement.
