Standalone License definition

Standalone License means a type of license that allows Client the right to download or access the Products on a single computer. Authorized Users shall only be authorized to access the Products on such computer.
Standalone License means a License (a) for which the fees have been prepaid for the entire License Term; and (b) activated through a self-expiring license key provided by Seller or Licensor, instead of through a connection between the Licensee Instance and a license server of Licensor.
Standalone License means an Individual License issued a telecommunications service provider to provide any single telecommunications service utilizing a specified technology.

More Definitions of Standalone License

Standalone License means a type of license that allows the Authorized User to download and access the EViews software for purely academic use either (i) on up to 2 (two) computers provided that a single Authorized User is the exclusive user of the EViews software installed on each computer, or (ii) on a single computer which can be accessed by unlimited number of Authorized Users. Standalone license may be sold at the bookstores of colleges and universities that are members of the Academic Volume License Program.
Standalone License means the Software will be installed on one device for Use.
Standalone License is a type of license that is locked to a single workstation. Any Authorized User may access a single instance and copy of the Software that is located on the specific device with access restricted to only Authorized Users associated with the Standalone License, but always in a manner so that no Authorized User can access and use the Software using the credentials of any other User, including other Authorized Users and whether or not the Software is licensed on a Concurrent User or other basis. Licensee must obtain sufficient Concurrent User licenses for all Authorized Users to have access to the Software subject to the Standalone License. Once a copy of the Software is dedicated to a particular device pursuant to a Standalone License, that copy cannot be reassigned to another device without the prior written consent of Licensor. For clarity, each device on which a copy of the Software is located is specific for that Standalone License only and any other device requires a separate, dedicated license.
Standalone License means a license enabling the Software to be installed on one single physical computer (excluding virtualized instances) that is within the Licensee’s internal private local network for Use.
