Standard Office Equipment definition

Standard Office Equipment means all office equipment normally found in an office facility but shall not include “main frame” computer and communication systems, telephone switches and conference or training rooms (or items similar thereto) which require Additional Electric Equipment, as hereinafter defined below, or additional air conditioning service or systems.

Standard Office Equipment means free standing objects including, but not limited to, desks, bookcases, file cabinets, tables, chairs, or coat racks. It does not mean systems furniture or modular furniture that is intended to be hung from other parts and pieces of the furnishings and needing other components to be a complete unit or used.
Standard Office Equipment means all office equipment normally found in an office facility but shall exclude, without limitation, "main frame" computer and communication systems, telephone switches and conference or training rooms (or other items, uses or requirements) which generate excess heat (due to energy consumption, configuration, concentration, location or otherwise), or which require Additional Electric Equipment, as hereinafter defined in Paragraph 5.1(vi) below, or additional air conditioning service or systems. "Business Hours" shall mean Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except Holidays. "Holidays" shall mean New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any day set aside to celebrate such holidays, or any other day observed as a holiday by any union involved in providing HVAC services to the Building.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.
