State Supplemental Rebate definition

State Supplemental Rebate means any cash rebate that offsets Virginia Medicaid expenditure and that supplements the federal rebate. State supplemental rebate amounts shall be calculated in accordance with the Virginia Supplemental Drug Rebate Agreement Contract and Addenda.

More Definitions of State Supplemental Rebate

State Supplemental Rebate means an amount paid on a calendar quarter basis by the Pharmaceutical Manufacturer to the Department for covered product utilization under the Department’s fee for service Medicaid program pursuant to this Agreement. The State Supplemental Rebate is in Attachment B. For the purpose of this Agreement, the designated formula shall be listed on Attachment B.
State Supplemental Rebate means the quarterly payment by the manufacturer, using the supplemental rebate amount per unit for each NDC listed in Schedule A of this agreement, multiplied by the number of units of the corresponding NDC of the COD listed on the Schedule A of this contract. This rebate will be in addition to the required CMS Rebates, as defined in 1.4 and 1.5 of this Agreement.

Where a Participating Medicaid Program has elected to include Medicaid MCO utilization as permitted under this Agreement and the Participating Medicaid Program’s Medicaid Plan, the term “State Supplemental Rebate” shall include the rebates invoiced hereunder with respect to such Medicaid MCO utilization, in addition to the applicable state fee-for-service Medicaid utilization. In no case may the State Supplemental Rebate amount be a negative amount.
State Supplemental Rebate means the quarterly amount invoiced by the DMMA as calculated in accordance with the Contracted Products Attachment.
