Steering Difference definition

Steering Difference means the difference between the quantity of gas that the transmission system operators had scheduled to flow and the measured quantity for an interconnection point.

  • If this Agreement is terminated then (unless the Operators agree otherwise) the Operators will ensure gas flows before or at the time of termination such that any Cumulative Steering Difference at the time is returned to the Operator to which it is owed.

Steering Difference or “SD” shall mean, the difference between the Daily Metered Quantity at the end of Gas Day D and the Agreed Target Quantity for Gas Day D, and is:
