LOADING AND OFFLOADING. Drivers are not obliged to participate in loading and offloading work if such work is carried out on a piecework basis or in connection with loading and unloading, but they must assist in ensuring the correct positioning of goods on the lorry. When goods are loaded onto the lorry they must receive the goods on the lorry, and in connection with unloading they must bring the goods down from the lorry. When a driver is not driving, cleaning or inspecting the lorry, he or she must participate in other ordinary work.

In case it is reported by the Cabin Crew regarding un-serviceability of equipment on board the aircraft which is attributable due to negligence on the part of the Caterer, the entire handling charge for the affected flight will be deducted. There shall be no delay on the part of the Caterer either in loading and/or offloading the flights (scheduled or non-scheduled).The Caterer shall complete the loading and/or offloading of the aircraft within the stipulated time as may be laid down by the Air line from time to time to ensure on scheduled departure. Air line reserves the right to deduct charges in case the loading is not completed within the stipulated time, subject to the provisions of Clause 13.0.0. Even if the arrival of the aircraft is delayed than the scheduled time of arrival, still, the caterer will be under an obligation to supply and load the meal, food items/equipment etc. within stipulated time. The Caterer’s supervisory staff-in-charge of the departure shall not leave the vicinity of the aircraft of the Air line till the aircraft starts moving for take off. The Caterer shall prepare and supply Dry Stores, Provisions items, Hot & Cold TowelsAir Hostess Kit; Linen & Assorted Fruits etc. supplied by Airline on all departure flights as per the instructions issued by the Air line from time to time. The Caterer shall provide Hi-Lift / Van with Operator/s for the transportation of food / meal equipment, Bonded items for onboard services including Air Hostess Kit, Hot & Cold Towels, Food service, Linen & Assorted Fruits etc. as per current requirement between the aircraft, the Caterer’s Establishment and vice versa in order to ensure smooth loading/offloading and on-time departure. LOADING AND OFFLOADING. 4.1. The Shipper is responsible for properly preparing and loading goods onto the Carrier's trucks at the pickup location. 4.2. The Shipper is responsible for ofloading goods from the Carrier’s trucks at the Delivery location. 4.3. The Carrier shall provide assistance during ofloading goods at the Delivery location, subject to the terms of service.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal.
