Study Team. Study Team means the Study team members set forth in this Agreement, including the “Principal Investigator” “Local On-site Investigator” and others who carry out the study in accordance with the study protocol, including, but not limited to, employees, fellows, students and research associates.
Study Team with respect to a Project being defined means a team that is comprised of ColumbiaGrid and the following that choose to participate in such team: (i) any Planning Parties, (ii) any Affected Persons identified with respect to such Project, and (iii) any Interested Persons; provided that the Study Team for a Requested Service Project shall include only ColumbiaGrid and Affected Persons identified with respect to such Project. The Study Team for an Existing Obligation Project will develop solution(s) to meet the Need giving rise to such Existing Obligation Project. The Study Team for a Requested Service Project will develop a Project to serve the request giving rise to such Requested Service Project. The Study Team for any other Project will assist in either the identification or mitigation of Material Adverse Impacts, if any, resulting from such Project or, depending upon the type of Project and the election of the Project sponsor(s), participate in the planning of such Project.

The Investigator assigns (and shall require all Study Team members to assign) to Sponsor all rights, title and interest, if any, in and to such Study Data.
The Site is and shall remain liable for any harm, claims, actions or expenses (including legal expenses) resulting from or connected with the negligence, omission or fault on the part of the Institution, Investigator or any Study Team members.
The parties agree that where a proposed Study Team member objects to processing of their personal data, he/she will not be engaged in the Study.
The Institution warrants that in conformance with Article 45 (2) (n) of the Act No. 372/2011 on Health Services, the Institution maintains insurance or self-insurance to cover its liability for damages caused by the Study Team or the Investigator’s malpractice.
The Institution and Investigator shall ensure that all Study Team members comply with the obligations imposed upon them by applicable data protection laws and specifically, the removal of subject personal identifiers from any communications external to the site unless necessary for safety purposes or required by law.

Study Team shall be construed in sense which shall include the Principal Investigator, co-investigators, as well as any other personnel as co-operating personnel, which upon resolution of the Principal Investigator in accordance with § 7 par. 4, section a), publication no. 226/2007 Coll., on good clinical practice, as amended, is appointed by him to participation on performance of the Study.

Zdravotnické zařízení souhlasí, aby hlavní zkoušející prováděl služby spojené s klinickým hodnocením na základě samostatné smlouvy s hlavním zkoušejícím a aby mu a studijnímu týmu byla podle této smlouvy s hlavním zkoušejícím vyplácena příslušná odměna. „Studijní tým“ znamená část Zaměstnanců zdravotnického zařízení přijímající platby na základě smlouvy s hlavním zkoušejícím. Vzhledem k tomu, že zdravotnické zařízení může také platit hlavního zkoušejícího a studijní tým za služby provedené hlavním zkoušejícím a studijním týmem při provádění klinického hodnocení, zdravotnické zařízení zajistí, že nezaplatí hlavnímu zkoušejícímu a studijnímu týmu za služby, za které již zadavatel zaplatil nebo zaplatí na základě smlouvy s hlavním zkoušejícím. Zdravotnické zařízení je obeznámeno se smluvními podmínkami, požadavky a odměnou stanovenou ve smlouvě s hlavním zkoušejícím a je také obeznámeno s tím, že hlavní zkoušející odměňuje studijní tým.
