Subordinated Guarantees definition

Subordinated Guarantees means the guarantee given by the Issuer in a deed of guarantee dated 17 April 2000 in respect of the U.S.$900,000,000 10.176 per cent. Non cumulative Step up Perpetual Preferred Securities (Series 2) of HSBC Capital Funding (Dollar 1) L.P.

Subordinated Guarantees means the Guarantees permitted under Section 5.2(a)(7).

Subordinated Guarantees means the Allied Guarantee, the Subsidiary Guarantees and the Allied Subsidiary Guarantee.

• The Securities and Senior Subordinated Guarantees are subordinated to Senior Indebtedness, as defined in the Indenture.

Subordinated Guarantees means the collective reference to the guarantees executed by each Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower in respect of the Borrower's obligations under the Permitted High Yield Securities.
