Substantial Implementation definition

Substantial Implementation means the fulfilment of the conditions set out in clause 27 to the satisfaction of the BRP;

More Definitions of Substantial Implementation

Related to Substantial Implementation

  • Substantial improvement means any combination of repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation, addition, or other improvement of a structure, taking place during any one-year period for which the cost equals or exceeds 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the “start of construction” of the improvement. This term includes structures which have incurred “substantial damage”, regardless of the actual repair work performed. The term does not, however, include either:

  • Substantial Involvement means involvement on the part of the Government. DOE's involvement may include shared responsibility for the performance of the Project; providing technical assistance or guidance which the Applicant is to follow; and the right to intervene in the conduct or performance of the Project.   • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:

  • Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Urgent Work means any urgent measures which in the opinion of Engineer-in-charge become necessary during the progress of the work to obviate any risk of accident or failure or disruption of generation which become necessary for security.
