Sukuk Ijarah definition

Sukuk Ijarah means “INDOSAT SUKUK IJARAH III YEAR 2008” which is a security issued by the Issuer to the Holder of Sukuk Ijarah proven by Certificate of Jumbo Sukuk Ijarah of Rp. 570,000,000,000.00 (five hundred seventy billion Rupiah) with the requirements as defined in article 5 of Sukuk Ijarah Trusteeship Agreement and registered in KSEI Collective Custodian based on Agreement of Sukuk Ijarah Registration in KSEI. Sukuk Ijarah means the “SUKUK IJARAH INDOSAT III YEAR 2008”, in the amount of Rp.570,000,000,000.00 (five hundred and seventy billion Rupiah), having a maturity period of 5 (five) years as from the Issue Date, constituting commercial papers issued by the Issuer to the Sukuk Ijarah Holders as evidenced by the Sukuk Ijarah Jumbo Certificate upon the terms as set fort in Article 5 of the Sukuk Ijarah Trustee Agreement and registered with the KSEI Collective Custody pursuant to the Agreement on the Registration of the Sukuk Ijarah With KSEI.
Sukuk Ijarah means “SUKUK IJARAH INDOSAT V YEAR 2012” in amount of Rp. 300.000.000.000,00 (three hundred billion Rupiah) with the term of 7 (seven) years as of the Issue Date with the Ijarah Reward Installment amounting to Rp.00.000.000.000,00 (twenty five billion eight hundred and seventy five million Rupiah) per year, being securities that are issued by the Issuer to the Sukuk Ijarah Holders that are proven by Sukuk Ijarah Jumbo Certificates with terms as specified in Article 5 of the Sukuk Ijarah Trusteeship Agreement and registered with the KSEI Collective Depository based on Agreement on Sukuk Ijarah Registration in KSEI.

  • Any income received by the Funds from a Sukuk Ijarah, other than convertible loan stock, issued in any currency by 1Malaysia Sukuk Global Berhad will be exempt from tax.
