Superannuation Salary definition

Superannuation Salary means an amount of salary which is determined under clause 2.7 for the purposes of superannuation laws.
Superannuation Salary means the annual rate of superannuation salary within the meaning of the Superannuation Act 1990 worked out on the assumption that the employee was a regular employee within the meaning of that Act. TPA means temporary performance allowance.
Superannuation Salary means an amount of salary which is determined under clause 2.7 for the purposes of superannuation laws, the calculation of separation benefits and payment in lieu of recreation leave.

More Definitions of Superannuation Salary

Superannuation Salary means for purposes of any relevant policy of insurance effected by the Trustee, the Salary of a Section A Member from time to time. The Section A Member may with the agreement of the Principal Company elect for any specified period that the Member’s SGC Salary shall be adopted as that Member’s Superannuation Salary.
Superannuation Salary means the remuneration paid to a Pilot in respect of or by way of annual base salary plus any overtime payments, including any additional allowances payable under clauses 39.3 and 39.4 and 39.5.
