Vacation Allowances. (1) During the first calendar year of employment, and after the completion of at least six (6) months of service, employees shall be entitled to a vacation allowance on a pro rata basis of ten (10) days (112 hours for suppression) per year for the number of months worked prior to the beginning of the first calendar year.
(2) Upon the completion of one calendar year and continuing thereafter through the fifth calendar year of employment, all employees shall be entitled to a vacation allowance of ten (10) days (112 hours for suppression) per year.
(3) Upon the completion of five (5) calendar years and continuing thereafter through the fifteenth calendar year of employment, all employees shall be entitled to a vacation allowance of fifteen (15) days (168 hours for suppression) per year.
(4) Upon the completion of fifteen (15) calendar years of employment and continuing thereafter, all employees shall be entitled to a vacation allowance of twenty (20) days (224 hours for suppression) per year; provided, further that such employees so qualified to receive twenty
Vacation Allowances. Vacation accrual shall be calculated on the basis of hours. Vacation credit shall accrue biweekly to employees at the rates indicated below: FIRST 4 YEARS AFTER 4 YEARS AFTER 14 YEARS OF SERVICE THROUGH 14 YEARS OF SERVICE OF SERVICE

Vacation Allowances. 15.1 For purposes of vacations, employees shall be entitled to accumulate vacation credits in the current vacation year to be taken after the employee's anniversary date in the following year on the following basis:
15.2 All full-time employees of the Employer who have completed one (1) to five (5) full years of continuous service with the Employer in their vacation year shall be entitled to earn two (2) weeks vacation with four percent (4%) wages in each such vacation year ;
15.3 All full-time employees of the Employer who have completed six (6) to ten (10) full years of continuous service with the Employer in their vacation year shall be entitled to earn three (3) weeks vacation at six percent (6%) of gross wages in each such vacation year ; and
15.4 All full-time employees of the Employer who have completed eleven (11) to twenty four
Vacation Allowances. Vacation allowances shall apply only to 12-month, full- time employees according to the following schedule: After 1 Year 6 Days After 2 Years 11 Days After 5 Years 16 Days After 10 Years 17 Days After 11 Years 18 Days After 12 Years 19 Days After 13 Years 20 Days After 14 Years 21 Days After 15 Years 22 Days After 20 Years 24 Days After 25 Years 25 Days Employees who are terminated or leave their employment voluntarily will be paid their regular salary for the earned vacation time accrued to them. Employees may be allowed at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Coordinator of Facilities and Grounds or the Coordinator of Project Management and Purchasing or their designee to utilize their vacation at any time during the work year. Employees may carry over up to one year’s vacation allowance which is unused at the end of the work year; however, those days must be taken prior to the end of the following vacation year or forfeited.
Vacation Allowances. All 11 month administrators will receive 5 flex days annually.
