Supplemental Ruling Documents definition

Supplemental Ruling Documents means (i) the request for a Supplemental Ruling, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Supplemental Rulings issued by the IRS in connection with a Distribution and (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Taxing Authority in connection with a Distribution.

Supplemental Ruling Documents means (i) the request for a Supplemental Ruling, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Supplemental Rulings issued by the IRS in connection with the Distribution and (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Tax Authority in connection with the Distribution.
