Supplementary Employee definition

Supplementary Employee means a casual Employee engaged in accordance with clause 10 of the Stevedoring Award to supplement Permanent Employees.

A Supplementary employee is not entitled to notice of termination of employment, annual leave, personal leave, sick or carer’s leave, compassionate leave, parental leave or any other leave except as prescribed by the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard.
