Supplier Service Location definition

Supplier Service Location means a location of Supplier or Supplier Agent approved by LS&Co. and listed on Exhibit 7.
Supplier Service Location means any premises owned, leased or used by Supplier set forth in the applicable Statement of Work, from which Supplier shall provide the Services described in such Statement of Work (including any business continuity or disaster recovery services with respect to such Services). Certain requirements related to the Supplier Service Locations are provided in Schedule N.
Supplier Service Location means any Supplier service location set forth in this Agreement and any other service location approved by WaMu pursuant to Section 6.1 (Supplier Service Locations).

Examples of Supplier Service Location in a sentence

  • Supplier is responsible for the risk of loss of, or damage to, any property of Chordiant at a Supplier Service Location, unless such loss or damage was caused by the acts or omissions of Chordiant or a Chordiant Agent.

  • Chordiant may, in its sole discretion, approve or reject any proposal submitted by Supplier pursuant to this Section 10.2; provided, however, that Supplier shall have the right, without Chordiant’s approval, to change or add a Supplier Service Location within [ * ], upon reasonable advance notice to Chordiant, and provided that such change or addition does not have an adverse impact on Chordiant.

  • As a part of the Services with respect to each Task Order, Supplier shall provide off-site storage at the specified Supplier Service Location, on a weekly basis, of all backup disks, data or materials of any type whatsoever produced, in whole or in part, in connection with, or related to, the performance by Supplier of its obligations under such Task Order, including discs, tapes, other storage media, work papers, documentation code, and partial drafts of documentation code ("Backed-Up Materials").

  • The Services may be provided from any other Supplier Service Location pre-approved by JPMC in writing, provided that JPMC shall have approved in writing the security procedures at such new Supplier Service Location.

  • If an audit reveals non- compliance, undercharges or overcharges, Supplier will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation and bring the Supplier Service Location into compliance.

  • Without limiting the generality of this Section 6.6 (Customer Personal Data), Supplier will comply with the Customer policies attached hereto as Exhibit J (Customer Policies), as they may be changed by Customer from time to time (the “Customer Policies”), subject to Section 8.3 (Equitable Adjustments) of Exhibit B (Services), and ensure that all Customer Personal Data residing on a Supplier System or in a Supplier Service Location is physically segregated from the data of any other Supplier Customer.

  • In addition, Michaels also retains financial responsibility for any special Equipment for Services or New Services introduced after the Effective Date for performance at any Supplier Service Location, provided that the requirement and necessity of each item of such special Equipment Parties shall specifically be agreed within the applicable Statement of Work.

  • Provision of any Services from any new service location, as well as any additional Service to be performed from an approved Service Location, must be approved in advance by Voya (in its sole discretion); provided, however, that such approval shall not be required (but prior notice shall be required) if the other service location is a building within a contiguous corporate campus that contains an existing Supplier Service Location.


More Definitions of Supplier Service Location

Supplier Service Location means each facility of Supplier from which Supplier provides the Services, as set forth in Exhibit 17 (Supplier Service Locations).
Supplier Service Location means a Supplier service location identified in Exhibit 6 or any new Supplier Service Location thereafter added pursuant to Article 11 of the Agreement.
Supplier Service Location means any premises, owned or leased by Supplier (or a Supplier Agent) and set forth in Exhibit 8, from which Supplier shall provide the Services described in Exhibit 8 for each such location.
Supplier Service Location means each location at which Supplier provides any Services.

Related to Supplier Service Location

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
