Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of his employment with the Company, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, calculations or copies thereof, which are the property of the Company or which relate in any way to the business, products, practices or techniques of the Company, and all other property, trade secrets and confidential information of the Company, including, but not limited to, all documents which in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or confidential information of the Company, which in any of these cases are in his possession or under his control.
Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of his employment with the Company, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all credit cards, computer equipment, cellular telephone, records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, calculations or copies thereof, that are the property of the Company and that relate in any way to the business, strategies, products, practices, processes, policies or techniques of the Company, and all other property, trade secrets and confidential information of the Company, including, but not limited to, all documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or confidential information of the Company that in any of these cases are in his possession or under his control, and Executive shall also remove all such information from any personal computers that he owns or controls.

Upon termination of his employment with the Company, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all records, electronic media, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, and calculations or copies thereof, which are the property of the Company and which relate in any way to the business, products, practices or techniques of the Company, and all other property (keys, office equipment, computers, mobile phones, credit cards, etc.) of the Company and Proprietary Matter, including but not limited to, all documents which in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or confidential information of the Company, which in any of these cases are in his possession or under his control.

Upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company, Employee shall deliver promptly to Company all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, calculations, or copies thereof that relate in any way to the business, products, practices, or techniques of Company, and all other property, trade secrets, and Proprietary Information of Company, including, but not limited to, all documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or Proprietary Information of Company, which in any of these cases are in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control.

Upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company, Employee shall deliver promptly to Company all Confidential Information as defined in Section 4.1 and all Company property including, but not necessarily limited to records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, business plans, minutes, notes, notebooks, reports, computer disks, computer software, computer programs (including source code, object code, on-line files, documentation, testing materials and plans and reports), computer print-outs, member or customer lists, credit cards, keys, identification, products, access cards, designs, drawings, sketches, devices, specifications, formulae, data, tables or calculations or copies thereof, and all other tangible or intangible property relating in any way to the business of Company that are the property of Company or any subsidiary or affiliate, if any, or which relate in any way to the business, products, practices or techniques of Company or any subsidiary or affiliate.

Upon termination of his employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, licenses, briefings, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, and calculations or copies thereof, which are the property of the Company and which relate in any way to the business, customers, products, practices or techniques of the Company, and all other property of the Company and Proprietary Matter, including, but not limited to, all documents which in whole or in part, contain any trade secrets or confidential information of the Company, which in any of these cases are in his possession or under his control. If Executive purchases any record book, ledger, or similar item to be used for keeping records of or information regarding the business of the Company or its customers, Executive shall immediately notify the Company and provide documentation of such purchase, which shall then immediately reimburse Executive for the expense of such purchase.
Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of Executive's employment by Executive or by the Company, for any reason or for no reason, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, and calculations, and copies thereof, in whatever medium, which are the property of Employer or which relate in any way to the business, products, practices, techniques, customers, suppliers, functions or operations of Employer, and all other property and Confidential Information of Employer, including, but not limited to, all documents which in whole or in part contain any Confidential Information of Employer, which in any of these cases are in his possession or under his control.
Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of employment, Executive shall promptly turn-over or deliver to Company at Company’s expense all property of Company in Executive’s possession, custody, or control, including without limitation thereto: records (paper and electronic), files (paper and electronic), documents (paper and electronic), electronic mail (e-mail) on Company accounts, letters, financial information, memorandum, notes, notebooks, contracts, project manuals, specifications, reports, data, tables, calculations, data, electronic information, and computer disks, in all cases whether or not such property constitutes Confidential Information (as defined below), and all copies thereof; all keys to motor vehicles, offices or other property of Company; and all computers, cellular phones and other property of Company. If any of the foregoing property of Company is electronically stored on a computer or other storage medium owned by Executive or a friend, family member or agent of Executive, such information shall be copied onto a computer disk to be delivered to Company together with a written statement of Executive that the information has been deleted from such person’s computer or other storage medium.
Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with BOK Financial for whatever reason, in addition to Executive’s obligations pursuant to Paragraph 9(b), Executive shall deliver promptly to BOK Financial all records, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, data, tables, calculations or copies thereof that relate in any way to the business, products, practices or techniques of BOK Financial or any of its affiliates, and all other information of BOK Financial or any of its affiliates, including, but not limited to, all documents that in whole or in part contain any information which is defined in this Agreement as Confidential Information and which is in the possession or under the control of Executive.
Surrender of Records and Property. Upon termination of his employment with the Surviving Corporation, Employee shall deliver promptly to the Surviving Corporation all property and all tangible forms of Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of the Nondisclosure and Assignment of Inventions Agreement between Sybase and the Employee.
