SVT Options definition

SVT Options means the outstanding options to purchase SVT Shares, including those granted under the SVT Option Plan, if any;
SVT Options means the outstanding options to purchase SVT Common Shares granted pursuant to the SVT Option Plan.
SVT Options means the outstanding options of SVT and rights to acquire SVT Shares, including any further options issued from time to time prior to the Effective Date, prior to the Business Combination, as further described in “Options to Purchase Securities”;

Examples of SVT Options in a sentence

  • As at the date hereof, the authorized capital of SVT consists of an unlimited number of SVT Shares, of which 244,545,589 SVT Shares are issued and outstanding and there are 8,000,000 SVT Shares issuable upon the exercise of outstanding SVT Options and 16,993,268 SVT Shares issuable upon the conversion, exercise or exchange of other outstanding convertible securities of SVT.

  • However, following completion of the Business Combination, certain SVT Warrants and SVT Options will be exchanged for Issuer Warrants and Issuer Options, respectively.

Related to SVT Options

  • Parent Options means options to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock from Parent (whether granted by Parent pursuant to the Parent Option Plans, assumed by Parent or otherwise).

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Company Stock Options means issued and outstanding options to acquire Company Common Stock which were granted under the Company Stock Option Plans.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Stock Reload Option means any option granted under Section 6.3, below, as a result of the payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option and/or the withholding tax related thereto in the form of Stock owned by the Holder or the withholding of Stock by the Company.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the 1996 Equity Incentive Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors and 1999 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Share Appreciation Right means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Award or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such Award or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such Award or such portion thereof.

  • Company Options means options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • CONCURRENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "CONCURRENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(2) of the Plan.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.

  • Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Compensation Options has the meaning ascribed thereto on the face page of this Agreement;
