Technical Assistance Program definition

Technical Assistance Program means any formal program or effort developed by or through the County to provide assistance to businesses to reduce waste, reuse, or recycle.

Technical Assistance Program. An EPA/ME DEP Partnership for Maine Municipalities: The US Environmental Protection Agency Region 1 is collaborating with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection to provide free technical assistance for municipalities and businesses in Maine.
