Technical Support Service definition

Technical Support Service means a technical support service of the Devices provided by Ruptela to the Customer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Service Level Agreement.
Technical Support Service means a company and/or a technical specialist who provides technical support services to the Website and other Services to the Company.
Technical Support Service means on-site support service, online access to products and/or services, value added resources, hardware repair and/or replacement. This service includes the following:

Examples of Technical Support Service in a sentence

  • Verizon Premium Technical Support Service (“PTS”) will be supported for customers who have previously purchased the service.

Technical Support Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7 of Schedule 2.03.

Related to Technical Support Service

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.
