Technology Deliverables definition

Technology Deliverables means all information and Technology whether pre-existing or generated as a result of this Agreement which has been or may be furnished or made available by GE Aviation to ADGTJV, other than the Engineering Tools.
Technology Deliverables means the Transferred Technology and the Transferred Third Party Technology;
Technology Deliverables means the deliverables described on Schedule 1.20.

  • All plans and drawings required by this Work Letter and all work performed pursuant thereto are to be prepared and performed in accordance with the Work Schedule.

More Definitions of Technology Deliverables

Technology Deliverables. As defined in Section 3.2.
Technology Deliverables means the Manufacturing Specifications, Technical Specifications, and the Technology owned by Occam listed in Exhibit A, including updated versions of these items.
Technology Deliverables shall include all documents, software, information and materials which permit Larscom to exercise fully the rights granted under this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Technical Information, source code and object code for the Software developed and owned by Oasys together with associated documentation and the Customer Documentation. A list of the Technology Deliverables is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B.
Technology Deliverables means, for each BLC Product, as applicable, the Manufacturing Specifications, the Technical Specifications, and the Technology listed in Exhibit B, including updated versions of these items.
Technology Deliverables means those items that the Consultant will be required to deliver pursuant to the Development Agreement.
Technology Deliverables means all Technology owned by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Closing that is the embodiment of, embodies, or discloses any Intellectual Property Rights that are Business Intellectual Property Rights or Licensed Motor IP and that are capable of being copied (for example, to the extent applicable, documents and software); it being understood that (i) the delivery of the Technology Deliverables with respect to Licensed Motor IP shall not constitute the transfer or assignment to Buyer or any of its Affiliates of any Intellectual Property Rights embodied therein or disclosed thereby and (ii) the Technology Deliverables will be comprised of documentation (including blueprints and manufacturing drawings), files, software, drawings, designs, images, and data, but are not required to include (a) any hardware, tooling, molds or equipment or (b) other embodiments of Intellectual Property Rights that are not capable of being copied.

Related to Technology Deliverables

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Company Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Purchaser Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Technology means all Software, content, websites, technical data, subroutines, tools, materials, invention disclosures, improvements, apparatus, creations, works of authorship and other similar materials, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses, documentation, user manuals and other writings, and other tangible embodiments of the foregoing, in any form whether or not specifically listed herein.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments.
