Temporary help shall not be regarded as falling within the definition of employee set out above, and shall only come within the terms of this Agreement for the purpose of checking-off and wages, unless otherwise stated herein.
Temporary help would only be used in the event that there are no Employees on lay off.
Temporary help shall mean any employee filling a position ordinarily held by a full time permanent employee with the exception that they shall work no longer than ten (10) consecutive months in any one work period.
