Term Benchmark Margin definition

Term Benchmark Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
Term Benchmark Margin has the meaning set forth on the Pricing Schedule.

Related to Term Benchmark Margin

  • Term Benchmark when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate.

  • Step Up Margin means the rate per annum specified in the applicable Final Terms; and
