The Work Day and the Work Week. The normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours with one-half hour paid meal period plus two paid (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods. The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off.   • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Shift Work is defined as the same work performed by two or more employees or two or more successive sets or groups of employees working successive periods.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Make-Ready Work means all work performed or to be performed to prepare AT&T-22STATE’s Conduit Systems, Poles or Anchors and related Facilities for the requested occupancy or attachment of CLEC’s Facilities. Make-Ready Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing obstructions (e.g., by rodding Ducts to ensure clear passage), the rearrangement, transfer, replacement, and removal of existing Facilities on a Pole or in a Conduit System where such work is required solely to accommodate CLEC’s Facilities and not to meet AT&T-22STATE’s business needs or convenience. Make-Ready Work may require “dig ups” of existing Facilities and may include the repair, enlargement or modification of AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities (including, but not limited to, Conduits, Ducts, Handholes and Manholes) or the performance of other work required to make a Pole, Anchor, Conduit or Duct usable for the initial placement of CLEC’s Facilities.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
