Third Party Personnel Acknowledgement definition

Third Party Personnel Acknowledgement or “TPPA”). Contractor shall maintain the original of each TPPA for Contractor Personnel for a period of six (6) years following the termination of Contractor Personnel.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Third Party Subcontract means a subcontract entered into by the Third Party Contractor with a Third Party Subcontractor, or a Third Party Subcontractor with another Third Party Subcontractor at any tier, and is supported in whole or in part with the federal assistance originally derived from FTA, or non- federal share dedicated to the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement.
