Third Party Work definition

Third Party Work means work and services conducted or provided by Third Parties.
Third Party Work means any original works of authorship or inventions or designs created or owned by a third party and used in performing any Work under the Agreement, as identified in writing in sufficient detail in the Agreement so as to distinguish such Work from Work Product developed or created under the Agreement.
Third Party Work means a Work, trade secret, trademark, moral right, third party source code or other domestic or foreign intellectual property right owned by a third party that is used to provide the Services. Third Party Works shall include Third Party Software and third party open source code.

More Definitions of Third Party Work

Third Party Work shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 7.1.6 of this Agreement.
Third Party Work means all efforts and costs necessary to accomplish the Work required under the Third Party MOU, including all coordination, design, design review, permitting, construction, inspection, and maintenance of records, whether provided by the Section Developer or by the applicable third party.
