The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that the terms of said End User License Agreement are fully incorporated and included in this Third Party Work Agreement and are binding on the parties hereto.

Without limiting the foregoing, except for sublicenses and subcontracts entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Connetics will not grant to any Affiliate or Third Party any rights under the Licensed IP which would permit such Affiliates or Third Party to engage in or otherwise exploit Third Party Work in the Territory.
