Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement definition

Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement means the trade xxxx licence agreement in the Agreed Form dated on or about the date of this agreement and to be entered into between Xxxxxxx Limited and the Company in relation to the use of the “Xxxxxxx” xxxx;

Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement means the licence terms for use of the Trade Marks set out in Annex 8 – Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement;

Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement means the separate agreement entered into between the parties under which Pearson licensed to Institution the right to use the Trade Marks; 1.2 In this Agreement, except where the context otherwise requires: 1.2.1 any reference to a clause is to the relevant clause of this Agreement and any reference to a sub clause or paragraph is to the relevant sub clause or paragraph of the clause in which it occurs; 1.2.2 the clause headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Agreement; 1.2.3 use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa; 1.2.4 a reference to a statute or statutory provision is a reference to that statute or statutory provision and to all orders, regulations, instruments or other subordinate legislation made under the relevant statute as amended and in force from time to time and to any legislation which re-enacts or consolidates (with or without modification) any such statute or statutory provision; 1.2.5 any phrase introduced by the terms “including”, “include”, “in particular” or any similar expressions shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words preceding those terms.

• The Licensee may use the Licensor’s Trade Xxxx at the Licensed Area and on products used in connection with the business only if it uses the Trade Xxxx strictly in accordance with the Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement, a copy of which is annexed hereto and marked “C”.

More Definitions of Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement

Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement means a non-exclusive licence to be entered into between FAI Insurances Limited and the Company substantially in the form set out in Annexure B to this agreement. 'transfer' includes cause the transfer of;

Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement means the agreement made as of the date of this Agreement between CTC, CTFS and CHS pursuant to which CHS is granted the right to use the CTC Trade Marks and CTFS is granted the rights to use the CHS Trade Marks in connection with this Agreement, attached hereto as Schedule A.

Trade Xxxx Licence Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(c)(v).
