Transition Out Plan definition

Transition Out Plan means a plan for Transition Out Services developed by the Supplier in accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 12;
Transition Out Plan means a plan of the Parent Body Organisation to enable it and the Contractor, when it is preparing to transfer the shares back to the Authority, to continue to comply with Law and Regulatory Requirements and to facilitate the Transition In Plan of the Incoming Parent;
Transition Out Plan means a plan detailing the processes, activities and planning need to be carried out to ensure a smooth hand-over of Supplier Systems and services to the State prior to the expiry, or following termination, of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Transition Out Plan

Transition Out Plan means the plan developed in accordance with clause 32.
