Trust Data definition

Trust Data shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.
Trust Data means all information with respect to the Trusts’ business, financials, and customers, and Market Data provided by a Trust and all output and derivatives thereof (including back-up data), necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.
Trust Data means all data of Trust, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by Trust and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services, but excluding SS&C Property.

Examples of Trust Data in a sentence

  • All Trust Data shall be provided to the Administrator on a timely basis and in a format and medium reasonably requested by the Administrator from time to time.

  • The Trust shall have an ongoing obligation to promptly update all Trust Data so that such information remains complete and accurate.

  • All Trust Data shall be prepared and maintained, by or on behalf of the Trust, in accordance with applicable law, Trust Materials and generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • The Administrator shall be entitled to rely on all Trust Data and shall have no liability for any loss, damage or expense incurred by any Fund or any other Person to the extent that such loss, damage or expense arises out of or is related to Trust Data that is not timely, current, complete and accurate.

  • All Trust Data shall be prepared and maintained, by or on behalf of Trust, in accordance with applicable law, the Trust Materials and generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • MUIS regularly monitors this written program to ensure that it is operating in a manner reasonably calculated to prevent unauthorized access to or unauthorized use of Trust Data.

  • Trust shall have an ongoing obligation to promptly update all Trust Data so that such information remains complete and accurate.

  • No terminated employees are permitted access to any MUIS records containing Trust Data.


More Definitions of Trust Data

Trust Data means, collectively, the Front End Data and the Trust Settings.
Trust Data means any ultrasound medical scans, medical reports or other data (including personal data) provided by the Trust to Decision Data for analysis as part of the Services;
Trust Data means all data, records, reports, calculations, and other information and materials received from, or maintained, processed, created, or stored for or on behalf of the Trust or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, including data generated or processed using the Services (both input and output), whether by or on behalf of the Trust, its Affiliates and/or third party service providers.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.
