Unavailability Deduction definition

Unavailability Deduction means a Deduction which may be made in respect of an Unavailability Event;
Unavailability Deduction has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Payments]; “Unavailability Event” has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Payments];
Unavailability Deduction means any amount not paid to the Contractor as a result of any Prisoner Place not being an Available Prisoner Place;

Examples of Unavailability Deduction in a sentence

  • Failure to rectify within the Rectification Period will result in an Unavailability Deduction.

  • If any Functional Unit is Unavailable (including, for greater certainty, Functional Units that are deemed Unavailable under Section 3.4 of this Schedule) but the Authority continues to use it or a Linked Unit for the intended use or purpose of that Functional Unit or Linked Unit, for the purposes of Section 3.5(b) of this Schedule the Unit Deduction Amount applicable to an Unavailability Deduction for such Functional Unit and Linked Unit will be multiplied by 50%.

  • Unavailability Deduction 3.5.1 If any Area is Unavailable during a Core Session and is not used by the Authority after such Unavailability begins during that Core Session, then the Area will be Unavailable for that Core Session and thereafter until it is permanently rectified.

More Definitions of Unavailability Deduction

Unavailability Deduction means, in relation to any Technical Service set out in Table 1 in Part B (Service Availability and Performance Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authority’s Requirements), but excluding TS 7.4, TS 12, and/or TS 14.1 the amount to be deducted from a Monthly Service Payment in respect of Unavailability of such Technical Service, calculated in accordance with Schedule 10 (Payment Mechanism);
