Utility Works definition

Utility Works means temporary and permanent installation, protection, removal and relocation works relating to Utilities carried out in connection with or as part of the Works or the Decommissioning or any other works carried out in the course of the Undertakings, including installation, protection, removal and relocation of poles, pole lines, conduits, gas pipes, oil pipes, sewers and tile lines, and related and ancillary works.
Utility Works means any natural gas or electrical utilities that may be required by the Licensee from time to time.
Utility Works means the DB Co Utility Works and the Utility Company Self-Performed Works.

Utility Works means any works required to be performed in respect of:
Utility Works means oil, gas and water pipelines, power lines, telephone lines, railway facilities, drains, sewers, pipes, fibre optic, signal and communications systems (including conduits, cables, fibres, towers, associated equipment and facilities), Third Party Fibre Systems and related structures.
Utility Works means works identified within the Composite Utility Plan to be constructed by the Owner.

Related to Utility Works

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
