Validation Agent definition

Validation Agent means First Financial Portfolio Services, LLC d/b/a FFAM 360 Capital and its principals, employees and agents or any successor third party consultant or Person designated by Agent to perform the functions of the Validation Agent hereunder and in the Validation Agent Agreement.
