Examples of Vested Award in a sentence
If no Exercise Conditions attach to an Award, the Award may be exercised on and from the time it becomes a Vested Award.
The QIC will not consider any evidence for establishing coverage of the claims(s) being appealed.
If any Award Shares do not become Vested Award Shares in consequence of a Performance Target not being satisfied in full the Award shall lapse in respect of such unvested Award Shares.
Vested Award means an Award which is a Vested Award pursuant to Rule 6.3. Vesting Condition means, in relation to an Award, a condition which must be satisfied or waived before that Award becomes a Vested Award, as set out in the relevant Participation Letter.
