Vested Award definition

Vested Award means any Award, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

Vested Award means an Award that has Vested.

Vested Award means an Award which has become vested in accordance with the provisions of the Plan and applicable Award Agreement or in respect of which the vesting date has been accelerated pursuant to Sections 4(d), 7, or 9(a) of the Plan.

Examples of Vested Award in a sentence

• If no Exercise Conditions attach to an Award, the Award may be exercised on and from the time it becomes a Vested Award.

• The QIC will not consider any evidence for establishing coverage of the claims(s) being appealed.

• If any Award Shares do not become Vested Award Shares in consequence of a Performance Target not being satisfied in full the Award shall lapse in respect of such unvested Award Shares.

• Vested Award means an Award which is a Vested Award pursuant to Rule 6.3. Vesting Condition means, in relation to an Award, a condition which must be satisfied or waived before that Award becomes a Vested Award, as set out in the relevant Participation Letter.

Vested Award. – means an Award which the Grantee is entitled to exercise into Exercised Shares in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.2 of the Plan or, if inconsistent with the provisions of Section 7.2 of the Plan, the provisions of the Award Agreement of such Grantee.
