Virginia Health Planning Board means the statewide health planning body established pursuant to ∋ 32.1-122.02 of the Code of Virginia which serves as the analytical and technical resource to the Secretary of Health and Human Resources in matters requiring health analysis and planning. 12 VAC 5-220-90. Annual report The department shall prepare and shall distribute upon request an annual report on all certificate of public need applications considered by the State Health Commissioner.
